Client: Villa M.R.C. Aardenburg

Central Heating Configuration: 1 x Ambassador 80 commercial boiler (80kW)

Domestic Hot Water Configuration 1 x Consul 35 direct-fired water heater paired with a 230-liter storage vessel

Located on the southern slope of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug in Doorn sits the historic Aardenburg estate and its flagship villa, dating back to 1861. As part of a comprehensive full-building restoration, the entire heating and domestic hot water infrastructure was upgraded to modern efficiency standards.

Technical Configuration & System Architecture

To preserve the character of the historic building while minimizing energy consumption, both space heating and hot water delivery were replaced with high-efficiency systems from Eco Heating Systems:Space Heating: A single condensing Ambassador 80 commercial boiler delivers $80\text{ kW}$ of clean, reliable heating output.Domestic Hot Water: A Consul 35 condensing direct-fired water heater paired with a 230-liter storage buffer tank provides a steady, energy-efficient supply of domestic hot water. We would like to extend our thanks to all involved partners for their collaboration and successful delivery of this project.
