We are committed to complete carefree service
Our mission is to match the needs and wishes of all our customers; from end user to the installer and wholesaler. Our greatest challenge is to be accessible to each of our customers, to listen attentively and to think along proactively to come up with practical solutions together. By always being available by phone to our installers, we guarantee this service. Depending on the question, installers are connected to a technical specialist or someone else within the company.
Own service team and service partners
We support our installers in several ways. Not only do we have our own service department, but also service partners with national coverage and a wide experience in maintenance and inspections. We can be contacted for:
- Guidance on the installation and commissioning of our heating systems, including advice;
- Assistance in identifying and solving technical issues with our products;
- Advice on maintenance procedures and schedules ro ensure the optimal operation and longevity of the heating systems;
- Direct assistance and help with all your questions.
