Huuskes is a leading food production and distribution supplier providing fresh food products to professional commercial kitchens and institutional catering operators. To maintain strict hygiene standards and food safety regulations during production, specialized industrial rinsing systems (spoelinstallaties) are used to thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and food-grade containers.
Technical Configuration & System Architecture
Engberink Technische Installaties, in close consultation with Huuskes Enschede, custom-engineered and fabricated a dedicated "rinse-water" heating plant powered by Eco Heating Systems: Cascade Capacity: Based on total rinse-water volume, operational cycles, and strict redundancy requirements, eight Ambassador+ 180 high-efficiency condensing boilers were installed in a large-scale cascade configuration. Off-Site Prefabrication: Due to a tight execution window and minimal allowed downtime, the entire boiler plant was pre-assembled off-site. It was then delivered in modular sections to Huuskes, installed, and commissioned rapidly.
Despite strict scheduling constraints and severe time pressure, both Engberink Technische Installaties and Eco Heating Systems executed a flawless rollout. Thorough pre-engineering combined with direct technical communication allowed any post-commissioning adjustments to be resolved quickly and efficiently.
