The sanitary infrastructure at the fire station in Wijster has undergone a full renovation. In addition to housing active emergency response operations, the facility serves as a regional training center featuring simulated operational environments. Based on the required draw-off points, shower capacities, and operational usage profiles, a detailed hot water loading calculation and technical recommendation were prepared for the installation contractor.
Installed System
The domestic hot water plant was professionally installed by Installatiebedrijf Zandvoort, restoring reliable heating across all tap points and 15 communal shower units: High-Efficiency Generation: The system utilizes a Consul 55 condensing direct-fired water heater. Thermal Storage: A 230-liter buffer vessel ensures rapid peak-demand delivery while maintaining sustainable operational efficiency.
