Eco Heating Systems organizes specialized service training sessions for installers, providing detailed technical information about our products and their maintenance. The day consists of both a theoretical and a practical session, naturally accompanied by a delicious lunch.
Practical session of the service training
Following a warm welcome and an introductory presentation, the practical session took place on the factory floor. After a comprehensive explanation of our production and component assembly lines, the installers got to work firsthand in our training facility. With various central heating and domestic hot water boilers set up for hands-on learning, participants had the opportunity to troubleshoot pre-programmed fault codes in a simulated environment. This engaging exercise perfectly mirrored real-world service scenarios.
Hybrid configuration: Central heating boiler and heat pump
A new addition to our training facility is the live hybrid configuration, featuring an electric heat pump linked to commercial boilers and a thermal buffer tank. We are excited to demonstrate how this system operates and how you can effectively integrate this technology into your clients' projects. Furthermore, we will gladly walk you through exactly how much this setup can save on annual gas consumption.
