With the introduction of the IB-range central heating and domestic hot water boilers in 2026, the well-known Senator+ will phase out. The new IB-range (Industrial Boiler) high-efficiency boilers are available in four models with outputs of 375, 625, 875, and 1,200 kW.
IB replaces Senator+
The Senator was a floor-standing boiler with a maximum output of 550 kW per unit. The IB-range now easily surpasses that. This new floor-standing boiler has a maximum output of 1,200 kW per unit. This is highly beneficial when space in the boiler room is limited, but the building requires a high thermal capacity. While the IB-range has been exported internationally for several years, it has now been made available for the Dutch market.
The IB-range is available as a central heating boiler and a domestic hot water boiler
The IB-range is available as both a central heating boiler and a domestic hot water boiler. Thanks to the innovative water-tube heat exchanger with an increased surface area and dual coils, a seasonal efficiency of up to 98% is achieved. The fully integrated control system provides continuous insight into and control over all critical operating parameters, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficient operation. The display is optionally available with a full-color touchscreen. This makes the IB-range exceptionally well-suited for professional applications where performance, reliability, and serviceability are paramount.
The IB boilers are certified hydrogen-ready
The IB-range boilers are certified H2. A hydrogen-ready boiler is a heating system suitable for natural gas grids blended with up to 20% hydrogen. The H2-ready boiler is technically prepared, tested, and certified for changing gas compositions, a stable and safe combustion, and the future transition toward sustainable gas networks.
Sustainable installations are becoming increasingly important for a building's property value and energy performance certificate (EPC). In some cases, it is not yet feasible for building managers to transition fully to electric heating, as this depends heavily on the specific building and its existing systems. A fully electric system can fall short, particularly during peak demand. This is why many building managers opt for a hybrid system with a hydrogen-ready boiler, ensuring the organization is guaranteed sufficient heating and domestic hot water during peak loads, a sustainable heating system, and operational reliability.

The IB can be delivered directly from stock. The boiler is developed and manufactured in the Netherlands, resulting in short production lines and turnaround times. This ensures the product is quickly and consistently available to every installer or building manager.
