A domestic hot water boiler consists of a burner (high-efficiency boiler) and a buffer or storage tank. The boiler ensures that the tap water is heated immediately and is ready for use right away. In situations where a large amount of hot water is needed in a short time, this is the perfect solution. The burner sustainably replenishes the storage tank with hot water, ensuring that sufficient hot water is always available.
Eco Injection System
The unique Eco Injection System from Eco Heating Systems features a simple yet ingenious mixing injection system that sustainably heats water. The sustainably preheated water is mixed in at the bottom of the storage tank, ensuring that all the water in the buffer tank maintains a constant high temperature of 70 °C. This guarantees that there is never a shortage of hot tap water.

How is water sustainably heated with the Eco Injection System?
The special feature of the Eco Injection System is that it heats water in a sustainable way. But how does it work? When hot tap water is used, the tank needs to be refilled with warm water. The cold mains water is pumped to the HR boiler. It first flows through the upper section of the boiler, where it is preheated by condensed heat released from hot flue gases. These flue gases are produced during gas combustion and are captured for this purpose. The preheated water then flows through pipes past the burner, where it is further heated by the heat generated during gas combustion. In this way, the water is heated twice within the boiler.

By heating the water in this way, less gas is needed to reach a temperature of 70°C. This means that more heat is produced than the boiler consumes in gas. As a result, an efficiency of 107% is achieved, and the water is heated in a sustainable manner.
